The AVC Lobster Science Centre’s annual lobster science workshop, “On the Road Again: Optimising Lobster Quality Throughout the Chain-of-Custody,” held in November, was a great success! Over 110 participants from all sectors of the industry attended the workshop, with representatives from academia, government, research organizations, harvesters, processors and live shippers, making this the LSC’s biggest annual workshop to date. Among those present was keynote speaker Dr. Roger Uglow, who travelled all the way from the United Kingdom. The LSC, especially the workshop organization team, would like to thank Dr. Uglow and the other presenters for their valuable contributions to the successful delivery of the workshop. The LSC also thanks sponsors and partners for their generous contributions and all who attended for their participation.
