AVC hosts first TLAERâ„¢ course to be offered in Canada

AVC will host a Technical Large Animal Emergency Rescue (TLAER™) course from July 5-7, 2012, the first time that this program has been offered in Canada. Participants will learn about the latest “heavy animal rescue” techniques and equipment from Dr. Tomas Gimenez and Dr. Rebecca Gimenez who developed and teach the course. The course is designed for emergency responders such as firefighters, police and rescue teams, as well as animal rescue organizations, large animal veterinarians and veterinary technicians, and large animal owners and transporters.
